When you register for an account, we ask for information pertinent to the Account being configured or managed. This includes, but is not limited to: name, email, password, address, phone numbers, and birthday. Cards numbers can be linked to your account through this web site. You will need to enter the card number and card pin as well as email and password to link a card.

The information provided is shared between you, the Merchant, Reseller, and Factor4, LLC. Except as described in this policy, we will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information obtained from this site to any third party other than as outlined in this policy. We may disclose such information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We may also share such information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
